Each of our seven-day meal plans comes with a grocery list, full nutritional information (including serving size information, calories, grams of carbs, proteins, and fats, grams of fiber and vitamin and mineral content!), ideas for substitutions in each meal and more! All meal plans are gluten free and dairy free*, high in fiber and long in variety and flavor!
*The pregnancy support meal plan does contain small amounts of dairy due to the increased calcium needs of pregnancy. However, we are aware that some women do not tolerate even high-quality dairy well, so substitute ideas are included.
Certain foods have been shown to reduce menopausal symptoms and this meal plan is stuffed full of them! The foods in this meal plan also support healthy aging and metabolism. This Menopausal Support Meal Plan averages 1400 calories with around 30g of fiber or more, and very low sugars (all coming from natural sources). It is gluten and dairy free and contains lots of phytoestrogens from seeds, veggies and fermented soy with an option to make the meal plan soy free with substitute suggestions. Omega 3 intake is super high in this meal plan as it is high in seafood, nuts and seeds.

This meal plan is perfect for those who are getting ready to conceive and for those that are already pregnant. These recipes place an emphasis on healthy fats from animals to provide the cholesterol the body needs for proper hormone balance. Low mercury fish and shellfish are featured in many of the recipes to provide that needed cholesterol plus omega 3’s for healthy brain development. Liver is also included in this meal plan since folate is found in abundance in liver and other organ meats. There is plenty of fiber to feed the microbiome and lots of antioxidant rich veggies.
